Anastasia Beverly Hills Eyeshadow Palettes
Ugh… my love for the infamous Anastasia Beverly Hills Soft Glam and ABH Modern Renaissance is never-ending. I mean what more could you possibly need from either of these palettes. They have extreme pigment, blendability, doesn’t crease, doesn’t fade, long lasting, variety in colors/looks you can create, different finishes, 14 shades, and most importantly… it’s talc-free – which is extremely hard to find eyeshadow palettes without talc. I’ll get more into this later in another post… remind me 😉
With this palette you can create any look, whether it’s daytime, nighttime, worktime, no-makeup makeup look, soft glam, full glam, and even EXTRA glam. Reference my triology videos with the play on word “glam” for some entertainment. What you can do with either of these palettes are really endless, and the colors give you everything you could possibly need. Now, I’ll dive into the palettes themselves, for visuals, check out my Compare & Contrast video here.
Now there are three colors that overlap in both palettes, granted they are transition shades so I don’t mind having these extra colors since I use them the most when creating my look. The formula of SG was mentioned to be similar to MR, which absolutely true. These are such bomb eyeshadow palettes and for the price of $42 knowing it has no talc…. come on’. What you waiting for?!? Below I break down the overview of the two palettes. Again keep in mind the quality is identical when it pertains to the formula.
- Neutral toned
- Nine ultra matte finishes
- Three duo chrome finishes
- Two metallic finishes
- Berry toned with some neutral colors
- 11 matte finishes
- Three metallic finishes
